Produx House Corp. ("Produx House") operates several websites including JabberPress.com, and Datamessenger.com. It is Produx House's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Like most website operators, Produx House collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Produx House's purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Produx House's visitors use its website. From time to time, Produx House may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

Produx House also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on JabberPress.com blogs. Certain visitors to Produx House's websites choose to interact with Produx House in ways that require Produx House to gather personally-identifying information. Produx House may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. For instance, Produx House may monitor the most popular blogs on the JabberPress.com site or use spam to help identify and filter spam. Produx House may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Produx House does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information

Produx House discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Produx House's behalf or to provide services available at Produx House's websites, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Produx House uses cookies to help Produx House identify and track visitors, their usage of Produx House websites, and their website access preferences. Comments

All comments, including comments submitted as private, can be made public by the author of content to which the comment was made. If you send a comment to a Produx House website, or submit a comment to a blog hosted on our servers, we reserve the right to publish the comment for any reason. Produx House does not save or store comments on our servers once the comment has been deleted by an administrator or moderator.

Complaint Tickets

For this Policy, a Complaint Ticket (collectively, "Ticket") is a user generated report identifying objectionable content, resources, or users, residing on a Produx House website. All Tickets are submitted directly to Produx House. All moderators viewing a Ticket will have access to the username of the account that submitted the ticket. A Ticket does not contain personally-identifying information unless such information is included as part of a comment within the ticket. If, in the course of normal website operations, a moderator has access to personally-identifying information, a users personally-identifying information may become known to the moderator.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Produx House may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in Produx House's sole discretion. Produx House encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a JabberPress.com account, you should also check your blog's dashboard for alerts to these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
